Golf Fitness Training is the correlation that our body’s ability to make a more consistent golf swing, and lower scoring are interrelated, and fine tuning the missing link (your body) is how we can reach a higher level in our golf game. We’ll custom build your golf fitness program and personally train you how to use it. Our training program is aimed at any skill level from beginner to pro. We’ll help you improve your “golfability,” Our programs are hand tailored to each person, so your personal wants and needs will determine what we work on, together. After the initial golf evaluation, our program is primarily one on one (golf-specific) personal training sessions. We generally start with flexibility and golf-specific strength training, and work on improving your kinetic link (swing ability) to hone in on any weak spots in your game. We’ll improve your golfing body, together, 60 minutes at a time.
Golf-specific fitness training is a key part of our program. Your body has to be able of deliver the golf swing you want. Training your body, so you can hit it longer, with better consistency and accuracy.
Your swing has to be optimal to your particular body shape and golf swing style. Each of us has a different optimal golf swing and body, and this is where we explore how to maximize yours.
For most golfers, lowering our scores are what it’s all about. What are we always asked “What’d you shoot?” Our fitness level, mobility, stability, and swing technique are all important if we want to score better.
Our program is here for golfers of all skill levels as long as you have the determination to improve your game! To begin, we ask that you fill out our Golf Questionnaire. This asks information about you, your game, and your current fitness level. If our Program fits your wants and needs, and you’re ready to get started, we’ll schedule a free consultation with you. If our Program is for you, you’ll be scheduled to take our comprehensive golf evaluation (body and swing) and your customized Program will be prepared. Then, each 1:1 training session will bring you closer to achieving your goals.
Our program is custom designed for each of our clients. Our goals in short are to improve your golfability. This means improved score, reduce aches and pains, and techniques to take your game to the next level. We often aim for a 90-day program, but we tailor every program to our client’s needs.
We track progress for each session to measure success. Your program will have it’s own goals and metrics for success that we can discover during our first sessions, then fine-tune together.
Jeff is a golf fitness professional that is level 1 TPI Certified. TPI focuses on the body-swing relationship, so we optimize both to improve our scoring, reduce fatigue and aches, and enjoy our golf game more. Our program is customized to each client. Golf fitness exercises, swing optimization, and personal coaching are how we address any weaknesses in your game.
