Don Palmer Success Story

I am most pleased to endorse Jeff Smith, as he has really helped me to improve my posture and balance when I’m walking. He found some areas that were tight and some weak, which were causing me to be hunched over, as I tell him, “I’m walking like an old man.”  I’m happy to report that I am no longer using my 4 wheeled walker, as I’m steadily improving my flexibility and strength, with Jeff’s guidance and support. Let me tell you, you don’t need to be a golfer, to benefit from his expertise, as he “knows his stuff.”

Jeff’s reply: It has been a true pleasure to meet and work with Don. He is a one-of-a-kind Vero Beach treasure. His previous profession was as a local mail carrier, some of you might remember him. He actually remembered my grandparents and parents by name, as he delivered the daily mail to their business, Vero Rental Center. This guy is sharp as a tack, and truly works his Program! I love working with Don, he is fun loving, and has a great attitude, one I hope to emulate when I too am 92 years old.
